The last time I was in Texas, there was a big rainstorm where I was in San Antonio. Something about rain in Texas just hits different... Anyway, I didn't get to see the Alamo during/after the rain (saw in person just before though) and I thought of this when coming up with the design for Texas. Getting a low perspective of The Alamo reflected in a rain puddle and getting two Alamo's in one design! The background shows a storm passing in front of a beautiful Texas sunset. Capped off with a massive TX flag standing tall, flapping in the breeze, at the top of the design.
The 'Wish You Were Here' series is meant to show some of the most picturesque spots in their respective states across the U S of A. Couldn't think of a better way to showcase an epic spot from a LEGENDARY state!

When combined with the rest of this 'MERICA series, it will be one of an interlocking patch set measuring in at 30 inches from East To West Coast!
Just like the last Three 'Merica Series maps, each state will have its very own individual patch. So get ready for a collection that will keep you building the greatest country in the world from coast to coas
